Cream T Original Banger Bridge (Relish Housed)

Pickups will be mounted in standard Relish housing, with legs removed and wires cut short. If you do not wish for the legs to be cut, please e-mail us and let us know.
Wires must be cut to accommodate housing, however this can be reversed and wire can be extended at a later date. New baseplates can also be attached if legs have been removed.Please allow for up to 10 days for pickups to be dispatched.

The result of a close collaboration between Billy F Gibbons and Thomas Nilsen (Cream T Pickups).
The 'Original Banger' is a vintage output humbucker pickup with just 6 pole pieces and a grey fibre plate top.

Billy F Gibbons designed the pickup and wanted a vintage look using grey coloured fibre material. He also specified having the treble side of the pole pieces further away from the bridge on the guitar.
 

Thomas Nilsen came up with the idea of using 42 and 42 awg wire on each coil. Each coil has 50% 42awg and 50% 43awg wire which creates a unique tone that both Billy F Gibbons and Thomas Nilsen found very unique. This is complemented by Billy F Gibbons idea of having the treble side away from the bridge and bass side close to the bridge.
